- Operations support communicates with school sites to schedule extra custodial support for special events.

- Submits work orders for maintenance and repairs of safety issues.

- Deep cleaning of school site during summer break.

- Supplies all equipment needed to provide custodial services to schools and buildings; floor machines, buffers, vacuums, extractors etc.

- Maintains cleaning equipment.

- Weekend custodians help sites 3 days a week and cover Use of Facilities Permitted events on weekends.

- Custodial Supervisor checks and monitors the night custodians and assists with any needs of both the day and night custodians.

- Floor crew provides floor care throughout the school sites and pre-schools.  Pre-school service is done monthly, other schools on a rotation.

- Maintains Material Safety Data Sheets.
