FAQs

How do I request a copy of my transcript?  -  Whether you exited your sophomore year, graduated 20 or 2 years ago, you can contact Central Index or your former school for your transcript.

How long does the school district keep my records?  -  Your grades, transcripts, and health records are maintained forever!

Can I pick up a copy of my sibling's records?  -  Unfortunately, no!  By law, if you are over the age of 18, you can only sign a release for your own records.  Parents of students under the age of 18 can sign a release for copies of their children's records.
