Mission Statement

The mission of NMUSD athletics is to enrich the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being of all student athletes by providing cooperative and competitive opportunities which foster the development of lifelong values of sportsmanship, commitment, integrity, teamwork, individual effort, and good citizenship.

The packet below contains several forms that must be completed and filed before a student may participate:

These forms are designed to be completed in June and are valid for the summer and the following school year.  Forms filled out later than June are only valid for the remainder of that school year.
