How to Print "Parent Signature Page"

Follow the steps below to Print:
- Click on 2009-2010 Grade(s) K,1,2,3,4,5,6 Parent Signature Form
- Click on Enter/Edit Data (Multiple) in the Left Nav Bar
- Add date in box for first student (example: 11/05/2009)
- Click the Pencil at the top of that column for AUTOFILL.
- Click Save and Return
- Click Generate Report Card in the Left Nav Bar
- Use default (Use Rostered Students)- Click Generate Report Card Student List
- Click Check All or select certain students and then click GENERATE REPORT CARD
NOTE: This will only print the parent signature page- not the actual report cards.
Save this Parent Signature page to use each reporting period.
FAQ's
Q: I forgot my Data Director username and/or password.
A: Go to http://www.nmusd.us/datadirector and click Forgot Password under the log in area. It will ask for an email address or username. All usernames should be your first initial/last name (ex. jmishne). You will be emailed your username and a temporary password. If you are still having difficulty, contact your Ed Tech Coordinator.
Q: How do I print report cards?

Q. A Student is missing from Parent Signature Form, what can I do?
A. Be sure that you entered a date on the parent signature card for that student. See directions above. If you are still having trouble, use the blank Parent Signature Form below and email your Ed Tech Coordinator with the student's name so that they are aware of this.

Q. I am locked out of Data Director, what do I do?
A: In general, it is important to log out of DataDirector when you are finished working. If you forget to log out and try to access DataDirector soon after, it may result in locking you out of the system for 15 minutes.
