California Assembly Bill 354

Starting 2011-2012, all students entering 7th through 12th grades will need proof of a Tdap booster shot before starting school.  

Don’t wait for the back to school rush!  Immunizations may be obtained from your health care provider or from the following locations:

Orange County Health Care Agency– 1725 W. 17^th St., Santa Ana, CA.  Phone (800) 914-4887, or (800) 564-8448.

N-MUSD HOPE Clinic– Located at the BESST Center, 2045 Meyer Pl., Costa Mesa, CA.  Immunizations given on Mon – Fri. Call for appointment (949) 515-6725. Eligibility for the Vaccines for Children Program will apply.

Remember....No Shot = No School!
