A Strong Start for Every Child

Newport-Mesa Unified School District’s Early Learning Department provides high-quality early childhood programs that support children’s growth, development, and readiness for school. Serving children from birth to age 5, our programs nurture curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in a safe and supportive environment.

We offer a variety of programs including State Preschool, Tuition Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten (TK), and Learning Link.
