Hello! ¡Hola! Ni hao! Newport-Mesa Unified School District (NMUSD) offers exciting Language Immersion Programs to prepare the next generation of bilingual and biliterate global citizens. 

Applying to Dual Immersions Programs

The application process is currently for incoming Kindergarten students.  Students in other grades must contact the school office directly before completing the application on SchoolMint.

• The application window for the 2026-2027 school year opens February 9.
• The priority application window is February 9-April 15.  If applications meet or exceed capacity, a lottery process will be used to select students.
• The late application window opens on April 23.  If classroom space is available, any available space will be filled based upon the order that the applications were received during the late application window.
• Current College Park/Whittier siblings must apply for the program.
• Current College Park/Whittier preschool students must apply for the program.
• Parents will receive notification of acceptance no later than May 1.
