Strong Start
Strong Start is a before school program at Whittier Elementary and is open to all students. This program runs during all instructional school days with a start time of 6:30 am. Students must be registered and accepted into the program. Acceptance into the program is ongoing on a weekly basis until the program is full.
Students engage in academics and enrichment and receive:
- Homework help
- Outdoor games
- Fitness
- Art
- STEM
- Breakfast
Daily Schedule
- 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM: Student Sign-in and Homework/Independent Time
- 7:00 - 7:40: Enrichment/Fitness
- 7:40 - 7:55: Breakfast
