Newport-Mesa Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified entities interested in ground leasing property owned by the District, consisting of approximately 11.36 acres of land located at 980 16th Street in Newport Beach, known as the Banning Ranch Property.
The specific conditions of the proposed ground lease are set forth in the District’s Request for Proposals (RFP) which calls for interested parties to submit written proposals describing their proposed planned use of the Property and their proposal payment structure. As set forth in the RFP, all questions regarding the Property must be directed to the District Contact by February 14, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (PST), and all Final Proposals must be received by the District no later than Friday, March 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (PST).
