As we look forward to end-of-year graduations, promotions, and other special events across our schools, we’d like to thank you for your continued support in making our campuses safe and welcoming for all students, staff, and visitors.

To help maintain safe and enjoyable experiences for everyone, please keep the following reminders in mind whenever visiting our school sites:

• Dogs and other animals are not permitted on school grounds, except as authorized (e.g., service animals, police dogs, and animals for instructional purposes as specified in NMUSD Board Policy 6163.2).
   
• Bicycles (including eBikes), scooters, and skateboards are not allowed to be ridden on school campuses at any time.
   
• Alcohol, tobacco, and other prohibited substances are strictly prohibited on all school property.
   
• Please use crosswalks and designated sidewalks during arrival, dismissal, and special events.

These reminders are consistent with the expectations outlined in our board policy, administrative regulation, and parent and student handbooks and are in place to support a safe and respectful school environment.
