THEATER
The theater project continues to progress with walls being erected in the stage, seating, and black box areas. Underground utilities also continue to be installed. See the latest project update [English | Spanish] for more information.
COURTYARD
Construction on the student courtyard will begin this summer and includes shaded seating and landscaping in the concrete area where the former pool was located.
The project is anticipated to be completed in early 2025. See the project flier [English | Spanish] for more information.
PARKING LOT PAVING
The solar parking lot and a portion of the southern lot at Estancia High School will be repaved this summer. The project includes ADA improvements, additional fencing, and relocation of storage bins. Additionally, the bus drop-off in the front of the school will be relocated to the south lot. This relocation allows better access to classrooms, minimizes traffic congestion in front of the school, and improves access to the drop-off/pick-up lot on Placentia Avenue.
Construction will begin on June 10 and is anticipated to be complete by the start of the 2024-25 school year.

The solar parking lot, the parking lot behind the school, and a portion of the south parking lot will be unavailable during the project duration.

Access to the locker rooms and the pool will be available through the glass doors in the rear of the Commons which are used as the Main Gym entrance Access to the fields will not be available during the first phase of construction from June 10 through June 21. After the first phase of construction is complete, a temporary pedestrian walkway to access the playing fields will be available.

FOOTBALL TEAM ROOM AND WEIGHT ROOM
Plans continue on the renovation of the existing drama building to convert it into a new football team room, coach offices, and indoor/outdoor weight area to better accommodate the needs of the football program.
The project is currently in the design phase with a construction start date to be determined after completion of the construction of the new theater.
