WorkAbility I

WorkAbility I is a California school and community program designed to benefit students, employers, and the community.  WorkAbility I promotes career awareness, preparation, and exploration for transition age youth. WorkAbility I helps students develop positive interpersonal skills, marketable job skills, and provides opportunities for paid work experience, limited term on-the-job support and guidance from our Workability 1 personnel. Students 14-22 years of age with an active IEP (Individual Education Program) are eligible for WorkAbility I services. 


School-to-Work Transition Program

WorkAbility is a California school and community program designed to benefit students, employers and the community by promoting career awareness, preparation and exploration for our transition age youth in secondary education programs. WorkAbility helps students develop positive interpersonal skills and marketable job skills. WorkAbility may provided opportunities for paid work experience, limited term on-the -job support and guidance from our WorkAbility personnel. NMUSD students 14-22 years of age with an active IEP are eligible for WorkAbility services.
